Previously I posted about 5 Lichen Ln. Below is what happened over an 8 day listing.

Listed on 1/6/22 for $799,000.

Jan 8th - (6) groups - Open House (Zillow - 1k views 70 saves)

Jan 10th - (1) showing

Jan 12th - Lower price to $749,000 (Zillow - Saves go to 111 in 24 hours)

I find this current world over the last few years quite amazing. Buyers do not seem willing to offer unless they basically want to purchase based on the list price. The ultimate offer accepted was 97% of the original ask.
